Cindy was a graduate of Lafayette High School and Missouri Western State University with a Nursing Degree. She worked for Cameron Home Health as a Registered Nurse.
Cindy was a member of the Oak Christian Church, Amity, Missouri.
On October 26, 1985, Cindy married Marvin "Kody" Free in Agency, Missouri. He survives of the home.

Services: 2:00 Pm, Saturday, August 29, 2015 at the Oak Christian Church, Amity, Missouri. Visitation: 6:30-8:30 PM, Friday evening at the church. Burial: Oak Christian Cemetery, Amity, Missouri.
