BECKY LOU LANG
1933-2019

Becky Lou Lang, 85, of Macon, MO, passed away on Friday, September 13, 2019, at the Loch Haven Nursing Home in Macon.

Becky was born on November 22, 1933, in Clarence, MO, the daughter of Steve C. and Maude Lee (Whitcomb) Howell. She was united in marriage to Clarence Grover Lang on June 28, 1952, in Macon.

Becky worked for many years at Toastmasters Inc. in Macon and retired as a quality control inspector and also was co-owner of the Show-Me Tours. She was a member of the United Methodist Church, the Daughters of the American Revolution for over 30 plus years, the Red Hat Society, the Macon Business and Professional Womens, and the Macon County Republican Club. Becky enjoyed square dancing, horseback riding, genealogy, being on the farm and especially spending time with her family.

Becky is survived by several loving nieces, nephews, other extended family and close friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents, and her husband on June 24, 1996, one brother, Whitcomb S. Howell and one infant sister, Betty Jane Howell and two nephews, Whitcomb S. Howell, Jr. and Ronald Morgan.

Funeral services will be 2:00 pm, Tuesday, September 17, 2019, at the Hutton & McElwain Funeral Home in Macon. Burial will be in the Hillcrest Memorial Gardens Cemetery north of Macon. Visitation will be from 1-2 pm, on Tuesday, at the funeral home. The family suggests memorials be left to the Daughters of the American Revolution.
